Q - When does Starfall Café open?
A - Starfall opens every Sunday from 8pm - 11pm ST. Make sure to check daylight savings for your local time and our announcements each week on Discord!
Q - How do I reserve a table?
A - Reservations are handled through the #🎫│reservations channel on Discord. In the event of being late or not showing up, the table will be kept for one hour before being freed to other patrons.
Q - Am I required to arrive in a group?
A - You're more than welcome to come without company! We will offer to sit you by the bar so you have the option to socialize with the bartender alongside other bar patrons. It’s a great way to make new friends!
Q - Do I need to roleplay (RP) at Starfall Café?
A - RP is entirely optional and the staff will adjust to you! Even if you have little RP experience we will help you feel comfortable and refer to you as your character. Please be mindful that we are considered a casual RP environment!
Q - What does a "SFW Café" actually mean?
A - We do not allow harassment, hate speech, homophobia or sexual/adult content. We also do not sell alcohol or provide any gambling services!
Q - How much does food or service cost?
A - Everything at Starfall Café is free! Tips are entirely optional and at your discretion. Any tips provided are kept in full by the server receiving them.
Q - Do the bards take song requests?
A - Each bard handles song requests at their own discretion. We suggest asking them and I am sure they would be happy to try!

A - Please check the #📨│hiring channel on Discord to see if we're hiring!
Q - How can I support Starfall Café?
A - Word of mouth is invaluable! we're always looking to grow, so tell people about us and bring some friends. We would love to see you all!

Rules
- No harassment towards both staff or other patrons inside the venue.
- No spamming of any kind (emotes, chat or spells). Please be considerate of other patrons and disable log emote text when /say chat is busy.
- Do not enter the stage during opening hours without staff permission.
- No NSFW behaviour or glamour inside the venue. If using the syncshell, please check your glamour before entering the venue.
- Do not use /shout or /yell chat. This is reserved for Staff use only.
Any violation of the above rules will be met with a warning or in extreme and repeat cases, immediate removal from the venue.
Please keep the safety and enjoyment of other people in mind!
